K.J.Palmer was the latest artist to come and do a very special Live & Loud session for the Demon FM team with his track ‘The Getaway’
‘The Getaway’ was written by K.J and produced by Thomas Thinks in Project s2dio shortly after finishing their audio & recording degree at DMU.
Both Artists are ex DMU/Confetti students and have been running Project S2dio, a Nottingham based studio for the past 2-3 years during and after finishing their degree.
The lyrics for the Getaway was inspired by the feeling of wanting to find a space to develop ideas and take a break from the every day pressures society can bring.
The production was created by the hands of Thomas Thinks as a openly ambient piece which demonstrates his ability to flip his own original compositions, through the use of his love for music and his undeniable skills on the MPC.
M.I.L Records is set to release ‘The Getaway’ as a two track single with the original piece by K.J Palmer & Thomas Thinks and the Live & Loud Session Version available as one FREE Download via soundcloud.com/musicisliferecords.
