When Fred had a nasty accident he found out he could no longer shoot a rifle. Instead, he decided to try his hands at Archery. Several years on and he has appeared at several Paralympics, trains others to learn Archery and is one of the best Archers Britain has to offer.
Unable to make London 2012's Paralympics, Fred hopes to compete in Rio in 2016. He is still doing fantasticly, winning Silver and Bronze at last years World Championships.
He explains to us the Olympic rules of Archery as well as telling us about some of the most impressive disabled Archers he's trained. Including the Ex-Afghan soldier who has only one arm and no legs.
