This week on Square Mile Reports we take a look at the geographical area that makes up the Square Mile. Firstly we spoke to Ian Roberts about his memories of growing up on Fosse Road North during the late 1950s and early 1960s. Ian also has a blog where he has written extensively about his childhood and the surrounding area.

We also went down to riverside area next to De Montfort University to ask local residents their opinions of the area, what they liked about it and what they thought could be improved.
